Concrete Estimates
CSI Division 3 – Concrete Estimates generally include sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls, concrete pavement, concrete foundations, concrete curbs, concrete slabs, concrete decks, concrete repairs, concrete stairs, shear walls, etc.
Masonry Estimates
CSI Division 4 – Masonry Estimates generally include brickwork, CMU walls, stone masonry, clay & glass masonry, stone or brick replacement, masonry restoration & cleaning, face-brick, terra cotta, stucco work, masonry flashing, and insulation, etc.
Metals Estimates
CSI Division 5 – Metals Estimates generally include bar bending schedules, structural steel takeoffs (W & I-beams, angles & channel sections, lintels, etc.), steel girders & anchors, metal decking, stairs & ladders, metal fence & railings, and other metal & structural works.
Wood & Plastic Estimates
CSI Division 6 – Wood & Plastic Composites Estimates generally include rough carpentry, decking, sheathing, wood studs, floor joists, structural timber, wood casework, countertops, wood stairs & railings, and other architectural wood work.
Thermal & Moisture Estimates
CSI Division 7 – Thermal and Moisture Protection Estimates generally include building insulations, damp proofing & waterproofing, roofing, fire-stopping, caulking, EIFS, siding, sealants, sheet metal flashing & trim, and related item in Division 7.
Doors & Windows Estimates
CSI Division 8 – Doors & Windows Estimates generally include metal, wood, plastic, composite, and special function doors, frames & windows, skylights, entrances, storefronts, curtain walls including hardware sets and saddles.
Finishes Estimates
CSI Division 9 – Finishes Estimates generally include plaster and gypsum board assemblies, ceilings, flooring, wall base & finishes, acoustical treatment, wall & ceiling paint, decorative & special coatings and other architectural finishes.
MEP Estimates

Our pricing is based on a per-project basis, and not on an hourly rate basis. Our estimates are perfect for busy contractors that need an “On-Demand” material takeoff and cost estimates. Mostly contractors bid on only a few projects per month and we provide a more affordable service than hiring a full-time in-house estimator.

It usually depends on the size and scope of the project. For most projects, our delivery time is between 2-3 business days. While for single-trade and small projects, our delivery time is between 24-48 hours. Occasionally larger or more complex projects may take 5-7 or 8-10 business days. We always quote you an estimated timeframe before starting the project.
